Made from shaku rice (non-glutinous rice) as the main ingredient, caster sugar and brown sugar are added, and steamed, it is the taste of Miyazaki, the country of Hyuga, which is full of simplicity. It does not use any additives, etc., and is treated with vacuum heat sterilization.. It is today as a representative confectionery of Miyazaki, a nostalgic hometown.
