About Seared bonito

Makurazaki City is located at the southernmost tip of the Satsuma Peninsula and is blessed with rich nature, and forest nutrients are poured from the river to the East China Sea from the water source far behind the main peak, Mt. Kurata. Zooplankton eats the phytoplankton transported, small fish eat it, and large fish eat it, and in this way delicious bonito is grown by the power of nature. Raw edible (tataki, sashimi) bonito is caught by traditional single fishing and quickly frozen on board while alive, and then landed at Makurazaki Port with freshness freshly caught by storage at -50℃.
