Kadogawa Kinsho
“Kadogawa Kinsho” with a refreshing taste and plenty of fat
Kadogawa Kinsho introduction
It is a conger eel caught in Kadogawa-cho, Higashiusuki-gun, Miyazaki prefecture, and is a Miyazaki prefecture marine products brand certified product. Speaking of conger, Kyoto is famous, but in fact, many are caught in Kadogawa Town. The fishing method is bottom net or longline, and the operation time of the bottom net is short so that the meat of the conger is not damaged. Only those that are 400g or more and less than 1kg, stored in ultraviolet sterilized seawater for 4 days or more will be shipped as Kadogawa Kinsho. Conger with a light taste in spite of being white and fat is preferred as a nutritional food. Since there are a lot of bones, a unique treatment called “osteotomy” is applied, and it is delivered nationwide in a form that is easy to eat.
