About Chushin region specialty bandit grilled

“Sanzoku yaki”, which can be said to be the soul food of Shinshu people, is a local dish of Nakashinobu region (Shiojiri City and Matsumoto City) in Nagano Prefecture. Chicken thigh is pickled in a sauce with garlic, sprinkled with potato starch, and deep-fried. It is also called “banditsuage”, and its gorgeous appearance and garlic taste are popular.
