About Zuiki
Zuiki (ずいき) is a traditional ingredient from Ishikawa Prefecture, made from the edible stalks of "Yatsugashira" taro, a variety of taro plant. The stalks are peeled, boiled, and often served as a refreshing vinegar-based dish. Known for its light and crisp texture, Zuiki has been cherished for generations. Packed with dietary fiber, vitamin C, and iron, it’s also known to help with fatigue recovery, making it a nutritious choice for everyone.
