Akashiyaki introduction

Akashiyaki, which is also famous nationwide, is a local cuisine of Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, and is a snack that is prepared from chicken eggs, floating powder (ukiko), flour and octopus. It is called “tamagoyaki” in the local area. It looks similar to takoyaki, but the dough is made with eggs and is completely different to eat by dipping it into a soup stock. It is healed with a soft, fluffy and soft taste.
