There are various sauce katsudon in Tochigi prefecture. Compared to regular katsudon (katsudon with eggs), each restaurant has a unique interpretation, and it seems that some maniacs eat each sauce katsudon at each shop and walk around. There is also a sauce katsudon menu even for school meals in the local university. Whichever you eat, the aroma of the sauce will make you appetizing.
