Kinko introduction

It seems that the reason for making Kinman started when Masami Ouchi, the first generation, happened to see manju making in Tokyo and wanted to try it on his own, and started baking in front of Akita Station. And it is the origin of the name “Kinza-gai”, but it is said that there used to be a place called Kinza-gai in Akita, where they sold manju, so it became “kinkan”. Kinman is a Japanese confectionery made by wrapping white bean paste with eggs in a thin skin containing honey. It is a bite-sized castella manju that is easy to eat, and features a slight and elegant sweetness of the ingredients themselves without deception.
