Aracab is a fish commonly called “kasago” and is a seafood found in Kyushu Genkai-nada. Although it is a white fish, it has a lot of fat so it has a good texture and a refreshing taste. Freshness is recommended to eat sashimi, but it is a material that goes well with a variety of cooking such as boiled, grilled, fried whole, and so on. The local one push dish is miso soup made from aracab soup. The flavor of aracab is deeply linked to miso, and the taste of good friends becomes a habit.
