Inaniwa udon introduction

Inaniwa udon is dried udon made by hand in southern Akita Prefecture. It is counted as one of the three major udon noodles in Japan. Due to the unique recipe of kneading while twisting, the noodles are made hollow by air bubbles. The moment you eat, the smoothness you feel in the tongue, the flat noodles are firmer than it looks, and, whatever, its charm is “nogooshi”. “Tsurutsu, shikoshiko” This texture is an exquisite taste that comes from established manufacturing methods.
