Anmochi zoni introduction

Anmochi zoni was introduced to Sanuki in Sanuki during the Edo period, and the sugar of one of Sanuki Sanshaku (other than salt and cotton) was encouraged and produced. And some wealthy families use luxury sugar for zoni, so they enjoy the sweetness and also become a symbol of wealth. In this way, anmochi zoni can be said to be born from the land of Sanuki.
