Taichazuke introduction

Taichazuke is a local bowl unique to Kashiwazaki, a specialty area of the top class sea bream on the Sea of Japan side. On top of the taimeshi, we put the flavor of deep-fried sea bream, tame, rock paste etc., and put bonito dashi. The snapper that has been loosened is fine, has a firm taste and feels the inherent strength of the bream. If you add more together, it will be a luxurious taste.
