Fujieda Asara introduction

“Morning la” refers to the food culture created by Fujieda. Fujieda, which is one of the leading tea-producing areas in the prefecture, has had many people starting work very early, such as tea trading, since ancient times. There was a line in front of the ramen shop early in the morning every day to get hungry on the way home from work. It is said that it originated when shopkeepers who couldn't see it started serving ramen early in the morning. The original “Shida type (or “marunaka type” from the name of the store where it originated from is the original Shida style (or “marunaka type” from the name of the store where it originated) is the smooth, mouthfeel that doesn't make your stomach feel sluggish even if you eat it in the morning, and the refreshing soup based on seafood-based soy sauce with a low fat content. This existence can be said to be the greatest characteristic of Fujieda Asara culture. The Fujieda style is to eat the two types of “hot” and “cold” as a set, and now, in addition to the Shida type, there are an increasing number of restaurants that offer both “hot” and “cold” tonkotsu and soy sauce flavors.
