The Umi no Sakura Kan Marinated Bowl (海の桜勘漬け丼) features the premium kanpachi (amberjack) brand “Umi no Sakura Kan” from Tarumizu, carefully marinated in a specially crafted sauce for three days. The marinade, which includes black vinegar, is designed to penetrate the rich, fatty fish perfectly. The matured kanpachi develops a tender texture and a refined flavor, with its delightful fat melting in your mouth.
