This unique dish features Kuroishi-style thick and flat noodles, known as "Taihei Men," served with a flavorful broth poured over the stir-fried noodles. Over time, it became a staple of local cuisine and achieved nationwide recognition as a beloved regional specialty. Today, many establishments in Kuroishi serve "Kuroishi Yakisoba" and "Kuroishi Tsuyu Yakisoba," each offering its own unique flavors and presentation, resulting in a wide variety of delicious options to enjoy.
